The Company has retained the services of the following firms and individuals as consultants to the City of Revelation:

Design and Master Plan

JACK ROUSE ASSOCIATES (JRA) is a world-renowned Entertainment Master Planning and Design firm, with 25 years of history serving the theme park, exposition and entertainment industries nationally and internationally.  The company’s clients include Universal Studios, Six Flags theme park, Time Warner, CNN, Warner Brothers, Kellogg’s, Chevron, Intel, Upjohn, the Jack Nicklaus Museum, Dolly Parton’s Heartsong Theater and other entertainment centers around the world.  Their areas of expertise include:  design planning, show design, exhibit concepts, graphics and signage; film and video production, fabrication and installation. 

Since Jack Rouse Associates is the key consulting firm to the City of Revelation, it is helpful to review a list of their specific areas of expertise which are best suited for the City of Revelation. 

Ground Breaking Entertainment:  JRA has worked with the “first of its kind” in the design and build of LEGOLAND, U.K.  In addition to literally breaking ground with a new concept, JRA designed “activity interspersed with peaceful clusters.”  COR will have many thought-provoking activities interspersed with quiet spaces. 

Single focus:  See the Turner Field project for the Atlanta Braves for a demonstration of how JRA designed detailed interactive attractions for the whole family around the single theme, baseball. 

Educational:  JRA consulted with the Houghton-Mifflin Publishing Company’s national reading program. 

Combining museum exhibitry and theme park attractions:  See NAUTICUS, the Aegis Theater at The National Maritime Center, Norfolk, Virginia.  “The theater combines live actors, interactive technology, film, special effects and a densely-detailed set to create an experience as authentic as possible.”   

Museum exhibitry:  See the Cincinnati History Museum:  “The museum design combines artifacts, documents, illustrative materials, interactive exhibits and special effects with intricately styled historical environments to create a complete interpretative environment for visitors.”  JRA also uses “aging” of the buildings for specific historic details. 

Water-based events:  See The Ohio Center for Science and Industry.   Here, JRA worked with water-based interactives.  (The City of Revelation should have at least two water-based events including the parting of the Red Sea and Jesus walking on water).

Economic Planner 

ECONOMIC RESEARCH ASSOCIATES is one of the nation’s leading independent economic consulting firms, with services which range from planning (financial feasibility), to implementation (strategic planning, market strategy, risk analysis), to operations (operations planning, revenue enhancement, management assessment).  ERA describes their own mission as “focus, experience, results.”  The services which they will provide to the City of Revelation include:  general site location analysis and packaging of the complexities of this project.  ERA has greater familiarity with the regional, national and international land development community than any other firm of its type.  They have done evaluations for Weyerhaeuser Properties, Marriott, Southern Pacific Land, and The Rouse Company, among others.  A sample of their projects include: Walt Disney World, Six Flags, Universal Studios, Graceland, The Getty Center, Pointe Orlando, Mall of America, Opryland USA, Knotts Berry Farm, Lego Land, Warner Brothers, Sea Pines Plantation at Hilton Head, the light rail system in Portland, OR, and the evaluation of the economic impact of the Summer Olympics on the City of Los Angeles.
