Robert H. Joyce, Jr.
Robert H. Joyce, Jr. 67, has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the City of Revelation, Inc. since
its inception in 1996. Mr. Joyce is a graduate of Aurswald Business University in Business Administration and Accounting. He has extensive experience in corporate management serving as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of several multi-million dollar businesses. These include: Paul K Haggard Co., a multi-state heavy equipment
sales and service company, Seattle Business Systems, Inc., computer and office products, and Systems
Enterprises, an office products company. He was the owner of an accounting and consulting firm for twelve
years. Mr. Joyce served as Treasurer for the Seattle area Council of the St. Vincent De Paul Society and served three years on the Society’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He was Project Manager of a three
stage $1.8 million dollar church and administration complex renovation in Renton, WA. Mr. Joyce has served
on and chaired numerous committees and boards for thirty six years. He presently serves as Executive Vice-President, Executive Director and CFO of America’s All Stars, Inc, a national non-profit youth development organization.

Rita H. Joyce
Mrs. Joyce 60, is Executive Vice President of City of Revelation, Inc. She received the inspiration for ‘City of Revelation’ after completing thirteen years of missionary work at Longacres Race Track. She became a residential real estate agent to support that work. Mrs. Joyce is currently working on two children’s books and is a published author. She edits documents for the theme park project. As Co-Founder of the City of Revelation, she assists with the development and creation of the business plan & prospectus, corporate policies and procedures while assisting the President in biblical event planning. Mrs. Joyce is a graduate of the Institute of Christian Ministry for healing.

Nancy A. Materie
Ms. Materie 56, graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications, and received a Master's of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from Columbia University, in New York. She has lived in the Seattle area for twenty-two years, and during that time has specialized in sales and marketing in the securities, insurance, syndication, commercial real estate and property management industries, plus has done fund development for non-profit organizations. In her nine years in commercial real estate, Ms. Materie specialized in retail leasing and sales, working with such tenants as PEPSICO, Pier One, Azteca Restaurants and Kinney Shoes. Most of the syndicated properties she found investors for were in the Green River Industrial Valley and the commercially zoned land was in Federal Way. Ms. Materie has served over forty local, regional, and national organizations in areas of fund raising, customer service, public relations, administration and management. Some of those organizations include: World Concern, Promise Keepers, Taproot Theater Company, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and the American Red Cross. She has fifteen years consecutive service on local Boards of Directors of non-profit organizations in areas of international relief, prisons, homelessness and food banks, currently chairs International Students, Inc., and serves on the Missions Council of her church. Nancy has been working with City of Revelation since December 1997.

David S. Brecht
Mr. Brecht 59, is the Corporate Secretary and a graduate of Western Washington University, with a degree in Political Science. He currently is an Integrated Scheduler for the Boeing Company 737X program. He has previously worked as a program planner for the Commercial Airplane Division. Mr. Brecht also worked as an Industrial Engineer for Honeywell Corp., Executive Build Scheduler for Control Data Corporation, and Field Manager at Ford Motor Company. Mr. Brecht serves the City of Revelation and Rejoice Ministries of Washington as a Director and chairs Rejoice Ministries healing ministry. He attended an International Conference on healing in Rome and a National Conference on healing in Pittsburgh, PA. Along with the duties of Secretary, he is also the resource and research person for the chapels. He has extensive experience in church administration and ministry, having served ten years as President of facilities and grounds, where he handled budgets and administration. He served one year as Vice President of the Pastoral Council, seventeen years as Eucharistic Minister, and does ministry outreach for his church. In addition, Mr. Brecht were part of the WWCCR Healing Ministry team. He graduated from the Institute for Christian Ministry (ICM) in 1993, where he received certification in Healing Ministry. He and his wife were coordinators for a satellite of the Institute for Christian Ministry at St. Anthony Parish in Renton WA. and plan on advising, directing and teaching students in healing ministry 1999-2000 school year. They also participate in healing teams, and Co-chairpersons of WWCCR Healing Prayer Room 2000-2004. They plan on directing and teaching a program encompassing the healing ministries at City of Revelation. David has been with the project since 1993.

Hermina S. Murray
Hermina Murray 55, came to the City of Revelation in July of 1998 with more than 30 years of public relations, marketing and management experience in the Theme Park industry. Over the last six years with the City of Revelation, she assisted with the development and creation of the business plan & prospectus, corporate policies and procedures as well as a public relations & marketing plan for the project. She began her professional career at Disneyland in 1966. After moving to Seattle, Washington in 1978 with great vision, forward thinking and creativity, she proposed to Disney the first remote regional marketing position. The idea was accepted and Hermina was asked to implement the program, which served as a role model for six other regional marketing offices throughout the United States. Hermina was recruited in 1984 by Expo 86, the 1986 World Exposition in Vancouver, Canada to manage the only U.S. marketing office and sales staff. The Washington office implemented group ticket sales programs, which sold more than a million tickets in the Pacific Northwest. This office had one of the highest per capita sales percentages of any of the other Expo’86 offices throughout the world. Hermina was asked to return to the Walt Disney Company in 1988 and was responsible for promoting and marketing The Disney Theme Park and Resort Division throughout the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii and Western Canada. As a regional manager she created and implemented promotional marketing programs with television, radio, print, retail and corporate partners. These programs significantly increased market share and park attendance by as much as 1/3. She implemented more than 475 marketing programs which resulted in 38 million dollars worth of media exposure. Through her solid relationships with the media, the value added to the overall regional advertising buys was over 350%. Hermina successfully contributed to Washington State becoming the number one producer of Disneyland travel packages for the Walt Disney Travel Company. She received a great honor from the Walt Disney Company for the best regional promotion within the Corporate Alliance and Disney Theme Park and Resort Division for 1996. In 1998 she created and developed her own marketing company, Fischer/Murray & Associates that specializes in consulting, marketing and public relations. Hermina has recently expanded into the areas of publishing by assisting writers with the formation of their books.
Secretary & Director of Retail Development
Charles L. Murray
Charles Murray 59, became involved with the City of Revelation in 1999. He assisted with the development and creation of the business plan and prospectus, as well as corporate policies, procedures and employee contracts. Charles is a results-oriented professional with over 30 years of extensive sales and management experience in the business-to-business arena and apparel. During his tenure with the Burlington Hosiery Company he developed, implemented and was involved with the buying for the department nationwide, inventory control, product mix, negotiations of space, department size and merchandising. Charles was the successful manufacturer’s representative to the number one private label account for the Burlington Hosiery Company. As a key account manager he increased sales from 7.3 million to 10.2 million in a single year. He created, designed, managed and implemented marketing strategies, business plans, product sales trainings and budgets. His diverse professional experience helped him develop excellent sales expertise in the areas of print and outdoor advertising as well. Charles is a detail oriented, ethical, self-starter with excellent communication skills. He is a very successful relationship manager, having established solid business relationships in a variety of markets. Charles credits his great people skills to his military experience. He managed 250 people as the headquarters battery commander and moved the organization from last place to second place in Europe within a year. This was accomplished through Charles’ leadership skills, development of trust, establishing pride with the organization and a positive attitude.

Gerald Sparrow
Gerald Sparrow is 44 years old and has a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Bethune Cookman College with additional studies in Business Management. While pursuing his degree, Gerald performed seasonally at Busch Gardens for over 4 years in the Entertainment Department as a lead manager in a group of musicians during various venues in the park. Other amusement parks include Walt Disney World & Sea World. As a Member of ASCAP, Gerald has produced and professionally recorded over 50 songs. In 1989 he relocated to Atlanta, GA to accomplish one of his dreams to become a business owner. With 5 retail locations in business for over 7 years, his cellular phone and pager business was considered one of the major resellers of wireless communications sales and services for the metro Atlanta areas. In 1996, after selling his business to a wireless communication company from Ocala, Florida, Gerald moved back home to Orlando, Florida to work with ADT/Tyco Security Service as a Security Surveillance Consultant. He produced over 100% sales quotas designing and specifying UL Certification for Fire, Burglar, Access Control, Digital CCTV and Senior Watch Systems. Gerald Conducted NFPA, ADA system standard requirements for Banks, Jewelry, Retail, Government, Military Contractors and Technical Colleges. He conducted performance appraisal, coaching and sale motivation of his sales team for small businesses in Central Florida. Gerald continues to accomplish his goals in the newly arrived Digital CCTV industry that allows remote audio & viewing of your business with the use of IT, LAN and Broad Bands/DSL for multimedia communications. His team of Specialists for the Central Florida of Muzak, LLC region designed and sold over 2.3 million Digital CCTV Systems and is projected to double that for the upcoming year. Gerald has accomplished strong leadership in professional sales skills, core commercial industries surveillance designs, sales knowledge, entrepreneurial experiences, with an overall diversified background that includes an outstanding musician. He is active in his church and their music ministry.

Ronda Stepp
Rhonda Stepp is 43 years old and attended Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa, Idaho, and Bethany Nazarene College in Bethany, Oklahoma. She majored in Social Work\Education and minored in Music and Art. Ronda grew up in Southern Idaho but has traveled extensively with her husband who works for a major airline. Her business background includes Commercial Real Estate Leasing, Property Management and fifteen years of Retail. She was the business owner of an Aveda Concept Salon. All Marketing, Inventory Control, Retail and Business Operations were run by her, making the Salon completely debt free and profitable within 6 months. She went on to build her own design and color team that became top producers for her company, winning several awards. Upon her move to Florida, she now serves in Commercial Real Estate and works for Attorney Jimenez and Associates. Jimenez and Associates is a law firm composed of Ministers and Pastors that have expertise in Real Estate and Corporate Business Law. Ronda specializes in Detailed Research, Corporate Communications, Contracts, Networking and Negotiations for churches and various ministries seeking to purchase buildings or land for ministry projects. She is currently involved in several multi-million dollar projects. Ronda’s ministry background includes over 20 years of service as a Musician, Songwriter, Worship Leader and Vocal director for her church. She has written several bible based plays for children, which she also produced and directed. She traveled 5 years singing with an evangelistic ministry team to the mid and southern states. She also taught a music program to children at Crossroads Community School. She is currently involved in several outreach programs including Orlando Homeless Shelter, Hospice, and various churches with the singing group “Living Legacy”.
