ORGANIZATIONS  EXECUTIVE  SUMMARY

The City of Revelation, Inc. plans to develop and operate a major Biblical Theme Park in the United States, to be called the City of Revelation.  The Company plans to dramatize the exciting stories of the Old and New Testaments using state-of-the art technology. When developed, visitors will experience scores of Biblical stories ranging from Moses traveling across the desert to receive the Commandments at Mt. Sinai, to Jesus' entry into Jerusalem.  Movies, drama and music, combined with the latest in lighting, water and laser devices, motion base simulators, and virtual reality will bring exciting stories such as Jonah and the whale and Paul's shipwreck alive in separate Old and New Testament sections.  COR will include book and gift stores, restaurants, and resting places that are tied into the main theme of providing Biblical education and entertainment in a family setting.

The Company has assembled a group of leading Biblical Scholars to advise on program content, and has contracted with major Theme Park design and economic research firms to develop concepts, and economic and demographic data.  The Company intends to locate its Biblical Theme Park in the central Florida region.

Preliminary research done by the company has already produced attractive designs and has demonstrated a potentially attractive market.  The net proceeds will primarily be used to purchase the proposed site of 1031 acres and to complete Master Plan Design and a detailed economic feasibility study, as well as to further assemble a management team.  Assuming this work goes as planned, further proposed private offerings and possibly a public offering may be used to fund the balance of site acquisition, development, and the initial operation of the City of Revelation.

This project is the vision and commission of co-founders Robert H. Joyce Jr. and Rita H. Joyce.  The City of Revelation, Inc., its principals, founders and others have invested their time, talent and treasure to further the project and set its future course.  This has required many hours of research and travel in order to find the industry’s most creative experts.  This project has evolved from inspiration, to spoken idea, to concepts on paper to numbers, to costs and financial ratios ready to be evaluated by investors.  There has been intense questioning and negotiations in order to gain agreement for the experts to give their commitments to this project.  Good working relationships have been developed.  There is unity of idea, purpose and excitement amongst the team members and consultants.  The Company currently has working arrangement with a leading design group, Jack Rouse Associates, and a leading economic feasibility firm, Economic Research Associates of Los Angeles.  The key strategies to be implemented with proceeds are 1) Purchase the assets of the Washington State Entities 2) Completion of the Master Plan and Concept Development 3) develop in-depth the events for phase one 4) start the required local architectural, traffic and environmental studies and 5) hire necessary administrative personnel.

Regarding the value for this project in the future:  The City of Revelation proposes that the future value for this property, for the community, and for the region as a whole could be enhanced in the following areas:

Property:  COR proposes to improve the selected Florida property to its highest and best use.  The Company proposes to house a business enterprise on this property which could generate significant revenues, taxes, entertainment and goodwill, and that all of those could increase over the passage of time.

Revenues:  Proposed sources of revenue for this project will be admissions, retail sales projected to be $43 per person (food, gifts, retail), with annual gross revenue of approximately $193 million.  The results would be an increase in revenues for the city and state of sales taxes, admissions tax, B&O tax, property tax, payroll taxes, and other miscellaneous taxes.  The proposed project could generate additional tourist visits, thereby producing additional revenue to the surrounding communities in the areas of hotels/motels, restaurants, discount stores, gas stations, bus transportation and other businesses.  The City of Revelation could provide additional jobs to 3000 people, resulting in an $82-$104 million payroll annually.
