                                                 Our Story

The inspiration and concept for the Biblical Theme Park began in 1980 by Rita H. Joyce. In November 1993 the founders gathered a core group of men and women to discern God's purpose and plan for them. In January of 1995, while on retreat at San Luis Obispo, California, Robert Joyce received the Commission to build 'City of Revelation', the inspiration given earlier to his wife. Since its inception in January 1995 dedicated people have worked on and developed the concepts that are the basis for this project. They know their dependence is on God, for it is He who is working through them to bring this work to completion.
The Lord's word to us has been, "I will bring many people to you to build the City of Revelation."

                                                               OUR PURPOSE

To present accurately the Biblical story as related in Sacred Scripture. Therefore no commentaries will be given after the events and proselytizing will not be allowed by either staff or visitors. God's Word stands on it's own.
